Blake+Brianne

Blake and I work for the same company and while covering an injury at his store last fall, we became good friends. So when he proposed to his gorgeous girlfriend, Brianne, I teased him about not having instantly called me about photos. :) Turns out Brianne and I are both fans of Hanson (is this going to be a thing with all my bride's?! haha) and we got along swimmingly and they really DID choose me to take their photos! So we started out by doing an e-session and I'm really looking forward to their wedding next summer! They're so in love and it radiates from these pictures.

Teaser: Blake+Brianne

If you know anything about Indiana, you know that it rained nearly non-stop for the past week. It seriously threatened our trip to New Buffalo, MI for beach pictures, but we decided to chance it anyway. We got what I'm pretty sure was the only clear hour in the day and ended up with some really great shots!

This is my completely different type of teaser for B & B's e-session. I'm really in love with this image and I edited several different ways - CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE! :)

Patrick: 1 year

Okay, you've waited a week. And after the most tiring week of the "real job" that I've had in a while, I've enjoyed a weekend off that included a trip to Chicago and a Blink-182 concert! Plus I've updated the website AND am updating the blog. All while getting tons of dirty laundry cleaned. :) I think its been a successful weekend, if I do say so myself. But on to the pictures. Patrick. You saw the teaser. The big blue eyes. The blond curls. The adorableness x a million. Here's the rest of my favorites. Eat your heart out. :D But, warning, there are a LOT of pictures...it was too hard to pick just a couple favorites!

Photographing kids is super challenging on any day. It's more challenging when they've just turned 1 and are starting to become mobile. Patrick, however, is COMPLETELY adorable. Seriously. Check him out!

That random shot we all love to get

Don't you like those times where you catch a random great picture? You're not out to get it, but it happens anyways? Well, I have a serious love of random nature photography. And I love when I can make my own jaw drop after transferring photos to my computer.
